Fujinoya in Hartsdale is a great Japanese restaurant. Hands down no questions asked. It is authentic and the food across the board is made with care and high standards. I frequent this restaurant and this is the second post on Fujinoya. To read the last post, click here.

Every piece of sashimi and sushi was beautifully cut, fresh, delicate, and harmonized with the rest of the dish. Perfect meal. Highly recommend it.
